PA Abortions on the Rise

The PA Dept of Health has released its grim 2008 report. Planned Parenthood's marketing works. In the 1990s, they announced they would focus more on abortion income and terminate more "lesser people". Note the increase in Philadelphia. Unmarried mothers suffered 87%; there were 236 juvenile mothers under the age of 15 who were victimized and 2155 between the ages of 15 and 17. For 47%, it was not their first abortion. While African Americans constitute just 10.8% of PA's population, black mothers underwent 41.8% of PA's abortion, which matches PP's mission from its founder, Margaret Sanger, who stated "we dont want word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population".
