This week, Jesus is 18 weeks old. Heat-producing brown fat begins to form at the base of his neck. His eyebrows have formed, and he sleeps and wakes as much as a newborn. Hair has formed on his scalp. He now weighs about 11 ounces and measures about 6 inches long. Child Jesus, growing in the womb, give us the strength to protect all people, especially the tiniest of growing babies.
