The Pill Kills

In addition to the One Million Rosaries For Unborn Babies prayer event, May 7th - May 9th, please mark your calendars to attend the following protest the pill day sponsored by American Life League:

EVENT:      THE PILL KILLS

This Year's Theme - The Pills Kills The Environment
DATE:         Saturday, June 5, 2010
WHERE:   Collegeville Planned Parenthood, Rt. 29 - parking is available at the Collegeville Shopping Center and on Chestnut St.
TIME:         10:00am - 12:00pm

American Life League encourages us to gather with our friends and witness outside of facilities that distribute birth control products, especially Planned Parenthood facilities.
Interested in GOING GREEN? There are many studies that show that the birth control pill, the patch, the IUD and similar birth control products cause great harm to the environment. Go green and say no to the pill!

It's not to late to order T-Shirts or Signs!

Attached pictures from last year's Protest the Pill Day - Road Crews were working on widening the street and sidewalks Saturday, June 6, 2009 - The Norristown's Times Herald photographer took quite a few pictures but were expensive.  Unfortunately, none of them were ever published in an article that year.

& Pope Paul VI's Encyclical Humanae Vitae http://www.vatican.va/holy_father/paul_vi/encyclicals/documents/hf_p-vi_enc_25071968_humanae-vitae_en.html

The most important person

on earth is a mother.  She cannot claim the honor of having built Notre Dame Cathedral.  She need not.  She has built something more magnificent than any cathedral - a dwelling for an immortal soul, the tiny perfection of her baby's body.  The angels, have not been blessed with such a grace.  They cannot share in God's creative miracle to bring new saints to heaven.  Only a human mother can.  Mothers are closer to God the Creator than any other creature.  God joins forces with mothers in performing this act of creation.  What on God's good earth is more glorious than this: to be a mother?
