This week in Christ's life… (7)

This week, Jesus is 7 weeks old.  His cartilage is hardening into bone and the ridges on his hands and feet clearly define where his fingers and toes will be.  He now displays a reflex to touch. His trunk and limbs make spontaneous movement. His eyelids have formed, and the structures of his eyes are well developed.  His arms can begin to bend at the elbow.  Precious heart of Jesus, teach us to love all people, especially the newly developing baby.
